Fixed fee for one agreed environment and evidence set. Your proposal specifies the accounts, subscriptions, servers, access method and depth of review. Includes findings, a 90-day plan and executive review. Remediation, penetration testing and formal certification are excluded. Complex estates require a separate quote.
A planning range for a selected work package. Scope, milestones, implementation window, validation and handover are agreed before purchase. Larger transformation programs are quoted separately.
Up to 20 engineering hours per month, including meetings, review, reporting and implementation. One planned change window falls within those hours. Hours expire monthly unless agreed otherwise. Coverage, response targets, minimum term and cancellation terms are stated in the signed agreement. Additional work needs approval.
All prices are USD. Applicable taxes and third-party costs are identified in your proposal. Monthly service is billed in advance; projects use agreed deposits and milestones. No emergency, unlimited-helpdesk or 24/7 commitment is implied. Existing signed contracts keep their agreed terms.
A 30-minute IT strategy consultation is $125. Limited health checks start at $495, security baseline reviews at $950 and cloud reviews at $1,500. These narrower reviews are distinct from the Infrastructure Clarity Assessment and do not cover a whole enterprise estate.
