General consultation starts at $150/hour. Cloud and infrastructure engineering is $175/hour; advanced automation is $195/hour; security and regulated infrastructure consulting is $225/hour. Fixed-price offers are separate scoped packages.
Assessments cover an agreed inventory and depth of review. Implementation, software, hardware, licensing, cloud consumption and travel are quoted separately unless expressly included.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Unused hours expire unless agreed otherwise in writing. Additional hours use the applicable agreed rate. Priority scheduling does not promise 24/7 coverage or a response-time SLA; those require explicit agreement.
Projects and contract engineering
Infrastructure modernization assessments start at $2,500. Dedicated contract engineering is scoped by skills, weekly commitment and duration. Fractional IT advisory starts at $2,500/month for up to 12 hours; infrastructure leadership is $5,000/month for up to 28 hours; fractional Head of IT support is $8,500/month for up to 50 hours.
Priority response
Business-hours priority support is $225/hour, after-hours response $275/hour, and weekend or holiday response $325/hour, with a two-hour minimum. Availability must be confirmed before an engagement begins.
Project payment structure
Projects below $2,500: 50% deposit and 50% at completion. Projects from $2,500–$10,000: 40% deposit, 30% milestone and 30% completion. Larger projects use a custom milestone schedule with a minimum 30% mobilization deposit. Final scope, schedule and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing.
